Possum Pouches incorporating KK Nappies® ,KeesterKovers®, Ceejay Nappies® and Possum Knits®  is  wholly a WAHM business  based in  South East Queensland, with the aim of  providing a safe &  environmentally friendly alternative to the disposable nappy.

Everything sold here is WAHM MADE,  right  here in Australia, and I am very proud to be registered to use the special Australian Made and  Owned ™ logo. All our nappy products are made by  only one person who also makes  many of the knitted items, with help from a wonderful highly qualified knitter in South Australia.

Possum Pouches is a true Australian WAHM business with totally  Australian WAHM made products.

  Possum Pouches is the owner and sole manufacturer of Ceejay © one size fitted nappy , shown on the right worn by my beautiful grandson Corey, and also the owner and sole manufacturer of  KK Nappies ®(Keester Kovers) ® Windpro,Wool  and Pul AIO's,Pockets and fitteds all made by me; and Possum Knits, soakers and longies and similar products made by myself and an Adelaide knitter, from Australian wool.

Our knitted soakers and longies are totally handknitted by two highly qualified knitters with over 120 years of knitting experience, including teaching and exhibiting, between them.

My lovely knitter Frances created patterns for the large wool  companies  many years ago, so if you are knitting from the fabulous older pattern books you may well be making one of her  creations.

Some knits are instock now, knits can always be ordered.

CRIKEY  SOAKER AND NAPPY Crikey soakers are knitted to order as time permits Proceeds are donated to one of the conservation charities with which Steve Irwin was involved The pictured set will be available on Steve Irwin Day, 15th November at Gossamer Dreams

 The knitted range includes  Colours of Australia range, footy soakers and longies, fairisle, tartan and Crikey soakers and longies, plus Ceejakes®, soakers that convert to longies and skirt-a-longs/skants ( longies with skirt or part skirt).

 The crochet skorts,skants and crochet shorts, pants and capris on our Possum Knits® page are made under a Cottage Industry Licence granted by New Life Woolens™

 Available now- Possum Pouches  Multi-use Wool Booster for  soakers and longies to add extra protection in wet area without the need for thick slow drying wool. Can also be used between night nappies and outer garments

 All   sewn products are made in my home on domestic sewing machines.Knitted products are totally hand knitted ; no machines are used for these. Possum Pouches will always remain a small true WAHM business;I have no plans to  mass produce any products.  Products often sell before I can get them listed on the site. If what you want is not available do please ask  about availability;I may have something almost completed that has not yet been listed.

I run the whole business from Go to O by myself so it is best to ask me directly; I am always happy to help in any way I can. No "Add to Cart button" beside items means they are out of stock- however always ask me as I do most of my selling from email orders and do not often have a chance to list instocks, although I try my best. Knits available by order at any time. KK Nappies® are available as instocks during second half of September nappy hunt. Nappies will be sold as instocks only until the end of the year-no customs.
